Any host will suspend a VPS that is causing serious performance issues to the other clients on the node. You're still sharing resources with others.

Check the offers section for VPS! Most providers can offer what you need. Exept if you intend to overload a VPS then you will always run into problems especially with OpenVZ servers Xen is more forgiving for load issues.

By means of cheap? What is your budget? Are you looking for a managed servers?

    Hi

If you are having high load issues, better go for dedicated server than VPS

Most VPS companies provide CPANEL license as an addon.

    Linode.com (XEN)
    intovps.com (OpenVZ)
    Mediatemple.com

    are some good providers

You need to go with a managed provider.

Unfortunately, this will be significantly more expensive than your $20 budget. For a managed VPS with 2 GB of RAM and cPanel, you are looking at around $75.

    Dear,
you can search through the VPS offers and I believe you can get a decent one even with prices lower that $50; Just make sure they include cPanel license with the price as most of them do.

My suggestion is to get a VPS first and then if you face difficulties and high load, you can go for a dedicated; It's to save money

I have personally tried HostGator before I come up with my own business.
Why don't you try godaddy then?

And bear in mind that no hosting company is perfect but I believe if you go with either godaddy or hostgator there would be no problem

    Having Cpanel

    99% Uptime

    Easy To USe
Normally on unmanaged VPS uptimne is depends on your lunix admin skills, with cPanel control panel is easy to manage the server/vps.

Good call with Wiredtree and Knownhost plus they fit his budget with having a managed VPS. JaguarPC fits his managed, 2gb RAM around $50/month requirement too.
