Question

Are you all seeing this header/banner on Cloudflare's frontpage?

See attached. Is this intentional? It seems broken and doesn't belong on CF's website.

Update: ctrl-f5 and the original header/banner is restored. Odd...

Regards

That seems odd. I know we just turned Rocket Loader on our site just a few moments ago. You're still not seeing this, correct?

Thanks. We don't have that image on the site at all that we can see. We'll take a look.

I spotted this about 4 hours ago or so. I'm no longer seeing the odd banner. I do have request/response headers if you need them.

Regards

Nope. It is probably your browsing displaying a cached image from another website (thats possibly using cloudflare as well).

I did a Google Image reverse search on that image/header because I just couldn't tell what the image was all about since it's so small with low quality.

It turns out the image is of a suicide bomb scene in Yemen by Al-Qaeda. Here's the image / article (mildly graphic scene):

Code:
http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://arabinform.org/_nw/9/67336843.jpg&imgrefurl=http://subscribe.ru/archive/media.world.news.arabinform/201205/22201523.html&h=171&w=304&sz=13&tbnid=OpyQCAVKuHcWqM:&tbnh=69&tbnw=122&zoom=1&usg=__0Pjxhx19ieNnBoavYm8scb7dzEI=&docid=EasK1UjwzpCcHM&hl=en&sa=X&ei=Yzq9T4X7KKGUiAKKnf3XDQ&ved=0CFQQ9QEwBQ&dur=153
I have timestamps and visual proof of this coming from the CF website. I'm just wondering how it ended up there. Could enabling Rocket Loader have led to this? Is it possible?

Regards

Most likely it was isolated to the OP's end.
