What's minimum requirements?

Well I really only have two requirements
1) Must have been in existence for a min of 6 months
2) Must have at least 5 paying customers

I don't care if the clients are windows or linux hosting clients and don't care if the clients are dedicted server or vps or shared hosting clients. For linux hosting clients looking for cpanel hosting clients
All clients and website must be in English
