What control panel software do you use?
Well, we need to fill up our DirectAdmin hosting server, so by default you will be hosted on our DirectAdmin server and will utilize the DirectAdmin control panel software. If you wish to be hosted on the cPanel server, please order using the appropriate link.

Do you have a test IP?
We sure do. Our DirectAdmin test IP is, 66.171.178.19 and our cPanel test IP is, 66.171.178.29.

Are shared hosting accounts setup instantly?
They sure are. As long as your order doesn't get stuck in the system due to fraud and your payment is completed successfully, then your order will be setup instantly on our server and your details will be emailed to you as soon as the process is complete.

Can I upgrade at anytime?
You certainly can. Upgrades are completed via your Client Portal and can be done without the assistance of any staff and take effect instantly.

Way's that you can protect yourself and by help us fight fraud:

1. Your PayPal email account and name must match the name and email on the billing account that you setup.

2. Your PayPal account MUST be verified.

3. If paying with credit card, your billing information needs to match the billing information for the credit card. We can not process orders where the billing information doesn't match.

4. If ordering a service that requires a domain name, you must use a domain name that you own and that can be verified and matches with your name on the account. If you don't have a domain name, you can purchase a domain name from us. We are a domain name registrar.

5. Your domain name must be properly formatted on the order as yourdomain.com for hosting related orders or as hostname.yourdomain.com for VPS and Dedicated Server orders.

6. You can not use any variation of our company name or initials in your order. If you do, your order will be banned from our system and your IP blocked and you will be forbidden to order from us.

7. You must choose a valid password. Passwords such as abc12345 or pass12345 or any sort of variation thereof is forbidden and will be taken as an example of Fraud. A valid password would be something like the format of: gjF%5569G6^&G or TrixIe607!

8. If you pass all of the above and the order still seems suspicious to us, we will attempt to call the phone number on the account to verify with the account holder that they indeed place the order and to verify all information on the order.
