A long-standing hosting company is up for sale that has been in business since the year 2000. This has been a side project of mine, and now is the right time to let it go. I have some very long-term customers that have been with the company since it was started, and we've built up a great reputation amongst our current clientele.

We are looking at approx. 170 total active accounts (shared, dedicated, domains), with an approximate gross annual income of $25.5K.

I'm in no hurry to sell, and will only sell to the right buyer that isn't just looking to turn a quick profit. A buyer that is dedicated to customer service is important to me. Included in the sale is my time for a period of three months to ensure a smooth transition.
