3.5 although I have quite a broad Somerset accent (like Hagrid in Harry Potter) so i'm better at understanding French, German and Spanish than I am speaking them.

perl, java, php, python, some c/c++, rexx (rusty!), and probably quite a few others I've long forgotten about... does that count? :-)
Seriously, I *wish* I spoke multiple human languages. I've tried to learn French, but it didn't go so well. I think you need to be around people who speak it.
Sort of like assembler, I used to know assembler, but all I can remember is JNZ/JZ/LOOPNZ/MOV/INCR/XOR and thats about it... if you don't use it, you lose it. (and if you use assembler, you can be certain, you've lost it)

English, and just a tad of French.
I only studied French for half a year so it's pretty horrid. All I really recall is how to introduce myself and say I want this, or that.

That's about it, haha.Last edited by writespeak; 05-20-2012 at 09:26 AM.

I hear ya, I had French for 4 years at high school and I've forgotten all as it never came to use. To be honest why they teach French/Spanish etc at high school is beyond me.
In my opinion the languages that will benefit you in the future apart from English are Mandarin and Arabic and these should be taught at high school not French and Spanish█ Coreix™ | your solution™ www.coreix.net - 08000226734 - ISO27001 Certified
