directspace.net is the poorest scammer i have never met


this is my third time to buy their vps, the same problem is down and cant reboot,Lose all my data, Cheap and poor vps they have!!!! mad:

last 2 times, means i have bought your 2 vpses before this one, use the different id ,the same problem cant reboot and lost data, thanks for God, these 2 vpses had not important data.

We've implemented fully automated daily backups about a month ago. So your data is now backed up and safely stored. If you ever need a restore, simply submit a ticket and we would gladly have that done for you.

this is not about your "automated daily backups",it is about what the customers think about, when customers cant reboot their vps, and submit your ticket, you never reply immidiately, they have to reinstall,so they lose their data

The most weird is the reinstall process is not runing immediately. it happens when you shift the vps the new node and repair, the customers think thanks goodness the data are not lost, but when you finish repairing, the reinstallation is running, make happyness vanish.

I think that DirectSpace.net main problem is in VPS auto deployment sometimes their system assigns for you the wrong node ( Over loaded one )

For me I started using VPS in Direct Space this month to be honest i had a problem that the VPS wasn't booting at the beginning but i opened a support ticket and they resolved the issue by moving my VPS to another node and from that time the service appears to be stable and good enough for me

I don't really understand why it's happening with you ( The rebooting problem ) but i just want to let you know it's not with all customers as my service is going fine

I hope they resolve everything for you soon =)
