I just install Ubuntu on Xperia Mini Pro
I just Install a Ubuntu on mobile and save $500 because of now I don't need Notebook

- Now I can manage my SolusVM, WHMCS, cPanel/WHM, Root, etc from my mobile
- I use Lxde Session manager because of Gnome Session is really slow but LXDE is super fast
Mobile Configuration:
Mobile: Xperia Mini Pro
CPU: 1GHz
RAM: 512MB
SDCARD: 8GB

This could be handy but the screen would be way too small for working with.

I use Zoom Feature, I did not face any problem...
- I also secure my VNC Server by IPTABLES and VNC-Configuration.

No reason to wait. Ubuntu just runs in a chroot environment. It does not replace Android.
You just need to be rooted to allow the bootstrap scripts to be installed
