The OP post is painfull.
Stuff like search engines prefer images being called through CSS and dynamic websites are bad is just.. Crap.. Sorry.
Ohh and that one about editing online.. Angers the bot.. Beware.0

I honestly can not stand it if someone releases an unfinished website. And I do not mean that only a few sub-pages with inscription "under construction". But if we see that text at 75% of website pages, well, something is probably wrong.. I have no problem with ugly design, even sometimes very not intuitive interface and unreadable navigate. But once I get to my webpage I've looking for it doesn't work or is during construction, damn it hits me and I feel like I want strangle such a site developer with my bare hands.
