How cheap do you need it to be?
Hetzner XS 13 is with 7x 3TB disks, costs 139EUR/month + 199EUR setup fee.

Hetzner is your best option  An alternative would be from ovh but at 10tb

Go for hetzner, you wouldn't regret, they have top notch network as well, fairly priced.

hetzner additional traffic is more expensive then ovh traffic...just take a look at their prices...

It's hard to beat the prices of above providers, don't expect finding it any cheaper

A lot of EU provide several server storage with large capacity and offer with cheap price. But before you decide to buy ones, you must be check it first, what brand the server. Based on my experience, some server not supporting with latest technology. You should ask to CS hosting to get more information about server that you will used.

Go for Hetzner, 100%.
Also you can check the storage offered on Leaseweb, they have a good network as well.

I come from OVH and will go to RedStation. Take a look at their D6-650 servers.
