today also the vps is down from past 6 hours...
no reply to the ticket yet.

i am facing the problem from last month and was promised that i will be shifted to a better node...... later they denied promising this... and now again the problem has come....

Is this a managed or unmanaged VPS? Are you the only site impacted or is it the whole server?

Who's jon? I've heard Andrew, the owner, has been financially struggling recently even though he keeps pumping those $10 vps out. From personal experience; Its pretty normal to wait a while for him to respond, if he does.

I do not have a personal experience of their services so I cannot comment if this is normal or not from their behalf.If you are not happy with them them do your research and change hosts.

123systems sucks and stay away from them. I have placed an order with them before 2 days and I've got the welcome email. But my vps has been offline, no response to the support tickets for more than 48 hours.

Such a shame because I have also been treated like dirt - I wish I found this thread before.
No replies to tickets hours and hours have passed. VPS has been offline since I purchased it, and the correct addon has not even been applied.

I have submitted a few tickets, but still no reply. I will be certainly cancelling this.
