Just to let you know I'm selling a site me and a friend have been working on for a few months and we're now moving onto other projects.

The site has currently made $1,350 profit in the last few months with no real advertising.

The script is very well coded.
To get a script onto CodeCanyon it must be comprehensively tested by the CodeCanyon team.
It has also been fully tested by Web.Appstorm.com and been approved.

The support notes on CodeCanyon are generally people wanting alterations to the script etc.

Is the script encoded? Will you be signing a NDA and an agreement not to re-create a similar script in near future?

Hi there,

Currently not, however the whole current customer base can be updated with a new encoded version. And I'll sign anything the buyer wants that shows I have relinquished all rights to the script.
