which server should I go for?
Hello
i`m starting a new website that uses few SQL, like search, playlist, index of music that sort by categories, year etc.
I believe that in the first day i`ll have 6000 UV and after a month around 20,000 UV per day.
I`m looking for something in the area of 40-50 euro, will core 2 duo E7300 with 4GB of ram be enough you think?
*I don't need much bandwidth, 2TB-3TB, max.

I think that setup should be fine for what you are looking to run on it

If you need more storage Hetzner has comparable pricing to what OVH has.

Sounds like your site will heavily depend on the database. I would go with a CPU like an E3-1230 with about 4gb ram. You might want to start out with a VPS from a good provider and see how it handles on that first. It will most likely work great on a higher end VPS and save you in initial start up costs.

That's not a bad idea at all, but I would strongly recommend hardware RAID since if the drive in slot 0 goes kaput, you will have to shut down the server and switch the BIOS to boot from the second drive. With hardware RAID (hopefully hot-swappable), the datacenter techs simply have to remove the failed drive and replace it with an identical drive, then the array simply rebuilds without any downtime.

Is it a dynamic SQL driven site or is it flat files? i.e. html, etc.
If it is dynamic, are you using any sort of caching? If so, you can generally get much more out of budget hardware if it's tuned properly.
