looking for an dedicated server with direct admin panel and adult hosting allowed.

server specs:

Intel Core2 Duo or Quad
4 GB Ram
2x500 GB HD Raid 1
3-5 TB Traffic

which hoster can offer that ?

Most host offer direct admin upon request. I suggest you take a look at offer section http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36 and contact individual host.

IIRC, hivelocity.net offer servers with Directadmin but i am not sure if they allow adult hosting.

As Chennai said, most hosting companies offer direct admin with adult hosting. I say try UK2.NET and see what they can offer you.

There's a tonne of providers that would allow this content assuming it coincides with their terms of service.

I can't imagine you'll have much issues finding a host for this :-)

What is your geographical location for hosting this new solution? (US, EU, other?)
Do you have a proposed budget in mind?
Will you require a managed or unmanaged server?

Any host is going to be able to give you Direct Admin, most hosts will allow adult content.

- What is your preference of location?
- What is your budget?
- Do you want the server managed or will you be able to do that?
- Any current providers in mind?

Answering these questions will open up a lot more accurate answers and help you find a provider that better fits your needs and you're happy with.

I'd recommend for you to just go to the Offers forum here, find a server that you like and contact that provider. Like everyone else said, anyone can provide DirectAdmin. You may actually want to just buy your own license for $99 from DA direct and then save the monthly fee.
