I am looking for LA Based Dedicated servers. Any recommendations on good providers ?

Doing a search on the forums here may yield some results for you in terms of finding companies who offer servers in LA. I would try that and maybe also check out the offers section here.
What kind of server are you looking for, and what budget are you working with?

LA bandwidth is pretty expensive(in general). If you are actually going to use that much bandwidth, you may have to up your budget a bit. That being said WebNX is pretty good and reliable. Good luck!

Add 1 more drive so you can configure it as Raid10 and make sure it is Hardware Raid setup.

I am assuming he wants raid 1 between both drives as it will give him 1tb usable after raid-1 then the third drive for backups which is kinda worthless having backups located on the same machine...

Very True. Its just that Backup on same machine allows convenient restore of cpanel accounts in case of issues with single accounts.
Thanks everyone for suggestions and inputs. I think I will go with quadranet.
