help with mod suphp ??

Hello

one of my clients are getting their site hacked

he asked some experts and they told him there are no bugs on his site

but they told him that the server his site is hosted on is set on mod suphp

which allows hackers to add shells and control site

can u give any help with that?

as for godaddy support, they said the following:

Quote:
You can not use suPHP on our hosting plans as you can not get root access to install it or change login accounts on the hosting plan.
ur advise is more than appreciated guys

You can use a different host that supports suPHP or have it installed on your own VPS.
