Hello! Can not create mail in Plesk Panel ! When you create a mail comes tеxt appears in red :

Error: Unable to update the mail account properties:mailmng failed: There are no domains for post office:
 []

Can anyone help me to solve the issue the error is coming in every domain in plesk panel, I have root access, I am doing since long time but I am not able to solve it.

When I check post office the entry exists in it but still i get the error.

I'd suggest running mchk if you haven't.

It is Plesk 10, Windows Server 2008, MTA is MailBox.

I'd suggest running mchk if you haven't.

It gives following error:
MEAOPO.PostOffice.AddPostOffice failed for name domain.sld [domain.sld]

I don't know why it is happening here.

That's the big reason i hate plesk, it lacks proper support.

I have already read the article and it is useless, the entry is there and I am not creating domain, same error comes during creating mailbox, it says there is no postoffice but when i manually see in postoffice list, there is entry of domain name.

Have you looked at this Plesk KB article? It comes up for that error message on a search of Parallel's site.
