.. which is utter crap. 100% untrue. Google DOES rank websites linking to eachother on the same IP. SEO hosting is for n00bs, not for people how to actually optimize their website.

This is a common myth that SEO hosting exists. Ofcourse hosting companies can increase the reputation by effectively cleaning up spam sites and bulk mailing domains.

Also, one thing everyone should understand is, Google Ranks Domains and NOT IPs.

It is a fact that there is no such thing as "SEO Hosting", much like hosts who offer unlimited disk space, it is nothing more then a marketing ploy. There is no linkage between the number of IP Addresses you use and your Search Engine Rankings and anyone who tells you otherwise is scamming you.

It is a fact that search engines care about 3 things, only 2 of them a host can control. Those 2 items are uptime and load speed. If your site is always offline, they cant be indexed, if your site is slow then it will take longer to index. Speed and Uptime are something that EVERY host should be providing.

The main factor that plays into SEO is page content. Is your layout clean? Does your site contain content useful to visitors? Is it YOUR content or syndicated on 10,000 other blogs?

Backlink tactics from different IP addresses will hurt your rankings more then help them.

If you host 100 site and place your site link on each site and post a thread about your site then you will get a traffic and google will improve your site PR,etc..

SEO Hosting is good If you post daily on all 100 blogs but why you need to waste IP Address If you can host 100 site on 1 IP
