URPad.net defraud my money
Yesterday I ask them to cancel my Automatic payment and refund my money,today they delete my account and no reply,only $5.99 per month,they have no credit.

Why don't you reach out to them by phone?

Hi,
Did you request us to cancel your service/subscription?
Or are you one of those people who think ignoring the bill will automatically cancel service?
Got a ticket ID I can check out?

I had already sent tow tickets to urpad to cancel my automatically payment,one ticket ID: 110023,another I can't get,because my account in urpad was deleted.my account before is yhamen@gmail.com

I am afraid this is just a miscommunication and thought you want cancel vps immediately. But do they actually delete you account completely from their panel ?

I sent a ticket to ask them to cancel my Automatic payment and refund my payment yesterday,and the account displayed the vps service already was cancelled,why they deleted my account but not refund my money today,is it strange?

If they continue charging you, just do a dispute with the credit card company you paid with. If you did not authorize those charges, they are fraudulent so the credit card company will investigate and side with you.

I have already contacted my credit card company yesterday,they told me they can't dispute the payment,it need the service company to end.

... which results in a lot of fees for the hoster, while this is probably just a miscommunication. What's up with people these days? Don't dispute instantly, when you can just TALK to the company in question.
