I just bought SSL from hostnesta. But after several hours still not received any information about my SSL? I already paid

I'm new here. So I apologize if the thread is in the wrong place

It's difficult to answer this question without knowing hostnesta's policies. Did they tell you that they deliver SSL certificates (or at least the information) instantly? If not, have you tried contacting them about this issue?

FWIW clicking on "Digi Certs" on their navbar gives me a 404.

Of course I have tried to contact them via the "sumbit ticket" and mail. Without any results so far. The only thing I did was to order SSL and pay for it

Never heared of them and it seems that they have some broken links so i can not help you further.

As Tristan Perry wrote it will be better to contact them directly and ask them about that.

Their website doesn't instill a lot of confidence... ask for a refund and get your SSL certificates from another company that you can trust like NameCheap:

Much cheaper than what HostNesta is selling them for... also the HostNesta SSL certificate expired. Yikes!

I chose hostnesta for their SSL and Liberty reserve payment. If you know any other companies that accepts liberty reserve, so please feel free to share with you

I was thinking about buying an extra (one more) SSL. But I wait and see how it goes with this one first

If you STILL haven't received contact from them, I wouldn't think about buying another one.

Namecheap is the way to go for SSLs.

Chances are they still have to get the SSL provisoned from their supplier.

I wouldnt start to kick up a fuss untill the 24 hour mark has passed at least give them a chance...

I agree...and disagree. OP should at least be able to get in touch with them and get some info.

Next, outside of EV...no SSL should take 24 hours. Even EV from Comodo we got done in about 5 hours.

Combine that with someone here claiming THEIR SSL expired, and myself getting a 404 on their SSL page...it doesn't look good.

The worst thing is that I just saw Hostnesta online here on the forum. suddenly they're offline. but I still have not received any mail. I will wait for 24 hours from now, then I will request for refund and initially scam report this everywhere
