I tried to call the phone number in your sig and on the main website elicitservers.ca and it says it is out of order.

I tried calling the 24/7 support number. and it still says that the number is not in service. Also I could login to the client area yesterday, but today it just kicks me back to the login page. I cannot view the support ticket I created.
I want to be your customer if you are going to provide the service you promise above. but in my eyes you have failed. goodbye.

On several occasions I have submitted support tickets. It has been over 2 weeks now and still no reply from Elicit Servers. I understand they are a new company and I want to stay with them.

Would be great if they could finally reply. It worries me as sometimes I am unable to log into my client area. I am unable to make a backup of the server and last week my websites all went down and so did the Elicit Server website.

PLEASE GET IT SORTED AND REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now receiving cPanel License Activation Errors!!!!!

This has happened to me before, when Elicit Servers has not renewed the License, because they are not responding to their support tickets and the phone number is not connected. What am I going to do. Elicit Servers if you are reading this, get it sorted, at least reply to my tickets!!!!!!!

My job depends on it!

Well thats it, have had enough of the poor shocking, awful service by Elicit Servers. Managed to SSH and get all the files off, luckily as now cannot access my VPS through FTP or SSH and after 2 months no reply from any support tickets.

Guys basically, you are the worst business men ever. I hope you just give up, take Elicit Servers offline, cut your losses and go get a great job at a supermarket where you belong. Take my payment I made last week and use it to take the bus to your new supermarket job.

First, gptengine left everybody alone and then returned as nothing had happened.
Then another and another.

We are using very cheap servers. They lose interest.
Our fault, dudes. Let´s move on.

Next time, do it as I do: Back it up every day or at every change.
