WorldStream - Worst Provider Ever!

Guys, beware.DO NOT EVER choose world stream.
I am having worst experience with them.

I have a dedicated server with them and it's down from 12+ hours.
I've sent them 3-4 emails and then they reply saying :-

Code:
Dear Sir/Madam,

We're very busy at the moment. We'll check your server as soon as possible. Did
you make any configuration changes?

Met vriendelijke groet / Kind regards,

Romke
Technical Engineer

I was like WTH ?
My server is down from 12+ hours and when you reply you say that you don't have time ?
That's the worst behaviour by any datacenter.

After few hours, they replied that they have rebooted my server and it should be working now.
But, it never worked.

I am seriously sick of their service.
They don't even have a reboot option in their control panel and don't even have the option to null route the ip addresses.

WorstStream = WorstStream

This guys are a joke. We have one webserver running with them, and one copyright complaint came. They gave me 480 minutes to resolve the issue. We did resolve it and then we mutually agreed that we will leave after our billing period ends as they don't want me as a customer anymore. 30 minutes later my server was nullrouted! Without any warning. We lost a lot of business thanks to them. Server was switch on +12 hrs later. Avoid them.

Yes, I've decided the same.
Made a thread in the same forum asking for some recommendations.
If you have any recommendation for me, please make in that thread.

No one yet but will probably go with PRQ.se, snelserver or OVH.

usage of term "We're very busy at the moment" is bit shocking.

In this context, yes. If they apologised for responding late to (for example) a sales ticket, that would be acceptable. For a critical ticket like a server being down though, it definitely isn't.

After 24hours + of downtime, the server came online for 2-3 hours and it's down again.
I'm sick and full of rage, I guess I would be needing some drinks to cool myself down.
In one day, 57 customers left me.

I am going to make worststream.com.
