Currently hosted on a single dedicated server and space/bandwidth consumption as below:

/backup : 132GB (44GB each backups, daily, weekly, monthly)
2 dedicated IPs are sold to 1 client at the rate of $2/month per IP address. You need to provide dedicated IPs on your servers for this client.
Bandwidth Usage: 141.74 Gig.
Almost all of the sites are static website. Does not require any high specs server or huge bandwidth.

Payments:
Almost all customers pay via credit using 2checkout gateway and some pay via paypal.
You will need to have accounts with both gateways if you would like to continue operations as is.

Customers & Helpdesk:
Around 95% of our customers are from the US. A few from Europe and Israel.
Average, 2-3 tickets per week. Sometimes, even not that. Last helpdesk ticket opened 8 days ago, and the earlier one 14 days ago. We provide top-notch support to all of our customers. We have 100% uptime.

Bidding starts at $5,000.
BIN: $12,000.
Bidding ends on 29th March Midnight GMT
Reserve price is same with starting bid price.
I accept the bids only from people who make the initial inspection from WHMCS.

Accepted payment method: For both sides safety, I accept Escrow only. Escrow fee will be shared half and the sale will go as follows:

Successful bidder will have to wire the sale amount to Escrow account on 30th March
Upon Escrow will receive funds, I will provide you all the user/pass and you will have 2 days for inspection. After successful inspection the funds will be released and sale will be completed.

Where is your dedicated server hosted and what's the monthly expense on it? If you are getting it at a promotional or discounted price, will vendor allow a third party to reap same benefit and keep server?

I have got own server hardware along with firewall colocated at a DC in Michigan. Monthly cost is not much. I pay $59/month for 2U space/power and 2Mbps bandwidth. All included. It's more than enough. I also pay for cpanel license. There is nothing else. You don't need a support staff to run the company as long as you know basic things and can login once a day. There were times that I even didn't login for a week because everything is autopilot.

It's clearly mentioned what is included in the sale but some still have difficulty to understand. If you bid, make sure you read and understand. It's ridiculous to give such a silly reason to withdraw the bid. I have nothing to sell anything forcefully.

Anyone interested to buy the business; there isn't any serious offers yet.
