Startup Web Host for sale

So this is for a Web Host recently setup in late February. I'm looking to have this sold by the end of the month.

Reseller with 200GB disk space, 2TB Bandwidth, US located.
WHMCS for billing
Nice theme on the homepage
Forums (not active)
30 clients
20 active services
Income: Today: $0.00 USD This Month: $23.14 USD This Year: $47.76 USD
Est. Annual: $486.63 USD
8 orders from late February
15 orders this month (March)
Some of these are from a free trial promotion we had running for a week or so and these services are due to expire in 1-2 weeks.

Basically this is just for a new, fresh web host that has a great potential and is already growing fast!

Should also add that monthly outgoing costs are no more than $20 with the deals we have
