1. Company has more then 150 active (paying) clients at the moment.
2. There are no complaints, all the clients are happy.
3. The average amount the clients are paying is $150.
4. Website design is totally unique and really professional.

2. USD Paid: $1179.35USD Unpaid: $0.00USD Overdue: $16.48USD
INR Paid: Rs.483,311.64INR Unpaid: Rs.850.00INR Overdue: Rs.168,236.80INR

The company has been making stable money for us to run a physical office and pay the salary of 5 employees.

Any domains registered for the clients ? how many ? what registrars ?

What payment methods do the clients pay by ?

What Billing system do you use ?

What support system do you use ? How many tickets in March so far ?

2) profit/loss reports - per month/yearly?
3) breakdown of clients from WHMCS (shared/resell/ded/colo/domains-etc)
4) your drawings from business over past 3 years?

6) whats included in the sale, company with domain, name, branding etc..
7) whats the URL?
