Mail Chimp is too expensive for a lawn companies newsletter? $60 per month gets you over 5000 subscribers. How many subscribers does a lawn company have?

    Something doesn't seem right here.

Email Lists are from clients, company site newsletter signup and a call center to subscribe new companys emails (working every day).

All emails send by this clients have "Remove Link" on all emails, is not a commercial spam email, is a newsletter (with news about "brazillian laws") send 2 times per mounth.

Lawn = grass, the green thing that grows in your yard.
Law = the one that makes you go to jail

Try Amazon SES. They have smaller initial limits but can grow to your needs.

390,000 subscribers for a lawn care's company newsletter? That's amazing!

We've used Burst for all of our mail relay servers and we havent had any issues with them, then again, we've never had any spam reports.

    Hello,

If you are sure you are not going to do anything illegal, so you have a big choice of companies in the world.

What is your budget on this project and will be the location anything for you?

He never said he was based in Brazil, or that all of his subscribers are in Brazil.

I'm confused. You're a Lawn Company that sends out news about "Brazilian Laws"?
