dedicate server for virtualization
hi,
i want dedicate server with this specification:
cpu : xeon e3-1230 or higher
ram : 16GB
port : 1GB
bw: 10T or higher
uptime server and port guarantee
ip : /27 or higher
Europe location is better

You didn't seem to have mentioned the disks / RAID.

Your budget is fine - you can find a good provider with that budget.
but as you want the server with 16G of memory you will need to pay around $220 or higher monthly,it's different as providers use different datacenters and network.
at last I'd recommend you to check here
