    new order with Datashack

    Hello everybody ,

    i have ordered my new server from Datashack on
    Mar/08/2012 9:40:20AM
    and it auto opened ticket with this content

    *The invoice has been paid
    till now i haven,t receive my server details so i post a comment on
    Mar/10/2012 12:57:12PM with this content

    can some one tell me why all this time take to setup please ?

    and finally they reply on my ticket with this reply
    I don't have a build order for this server. Was it payed for?

    i have sent my invoice number to the ticket but no response

    I don't have any Ips assigned to this order. And unfortunately I don't have the
    necessary privileges to assign them. This may have to wait til Monday.

    Why post here really, 2 business days.... Were saturday, it isn't a business day, be thankful they have set you up today.

    I dont know why people misuse this forum as a way to let people know every irrelevant detail of their experience with a host

    It seems people demand instant setup without regard to a host’s policy. I know a lot of host that are closed on the weekends even though this is a global business it does not mean sales works every day.

    Kudos to Datashack for making it happen on a Sunday, even tho' it could have taken until Monday. Excellent support!
