In that tut what re the two ip address and thos ip address blongs to ?

Not sure if this is what you want but as it appears the guy in the tutorial is simulating a DNS server which transfer the zones to NS2 and NS3 on a internal and external DNS server. the 192.x.x is a private IP and the other is a public IP. I'm not sure if he is the owner or if he randomly generated the IP so I'm not going to post any info on it.
