    Bad support, not 24 hours. Very slow response on tickets. Blocking server without any reason and many other bad memories...

    Strongly don't recommend!

    We indeed do not have 24/7 support, we don't mention or promise that anywhere.
    Do you have any relevant ticket IDs/server IDs I can look into for you?

    At this point you have not given me any information we can go on, I'm not even sure if you are even a client.

    Why do you guys give not any support on weekends or a 24/7 emergency line? What if something bad happens with a server and the client can't contact your office? - Just wondering

    Unless you have an SLA that covers the 24/7 guaranteed response times I don't think you have much to complain about.
    Snel is right that they do not need to offer 24x7 support for unmanaged services. To cover a 24x7 shift it simply costs money and nothing comes for free
