    Ikoula - Last resort to help your client

    I would like someone from Ikoula net to contact me asap and help me resolve an on going billing issue that they are neglecting for the past 7 months.

    I have tried to email them for the past 7 months but there is no resolution, and many times no reply, as in my last 3 emails to them.

    In hopes of being reserved I am asking for any rep of www ikoula net to contact me asap.

    This has to end today.

    Last time I heard about this host is year 2008.

    Did you try to call them?

    If no one is responding via ticket/email, it is best to call them for resolving quickly. Your call on it!

    Hello, after 30 days from my last request, nothing has been done. The only thing you have managed to do is send me another email requesting money. I am paid up until June 1, 2012.


    Is there anyone in your company that can chat with us on an instant chat so we can get this resolved once and for all?

    I have tried. Language barrier #1. Every choice I select ends up in a recording and I have left messages in the past with no results.

    clearly the escalation procedure is as follows for any host:

    live chat -> email -> webhosting talk... only then consider phone.

    I don't normally talk about other providers but we managed a client's box there that took dozens of calls / emails and eventually three chargebacks to cancel. Worst experience ever with another hosting company...

    Agreed to an extent, but would you agree that calling them is a more appropriate way of handling this then making this thread on WHT

    I have 40 + emails to them ...

    I have 2 chargebacks on them ...

    I also had to cancel 1 credit card ...

    Out of options. I dreaded making the first post a month ago, and even waited 30 days later to reply.
