looking for reliable established host with EU servers

My webhost started having issues -- seem like) server gets nullrouted and no mention to customers by email or status page. Looking to change hosts.

    What I need is:

    established (5+ yrs), reliable
EU servers (DE, UK, NL...), the company itself could be from elsewhere
    Cpanel, Softaculous
    5-10 GB disk space
bandwidth doesn't matter (low volume websites)
    below $100/yr
    established (5+ yrs), reliable
ability to add several addon/parked domains for free
    SSH access would be nice

I guess, I need recommendations based on users' experience.
    Any suggestions?

Check the offers section- your requirements are well within the scope of what a shared host could manage. As for reliability, contact the host before hand just to see what their response time & technical ability is like.

I looked there, but only StableHost seemed close to what I need.

The issue with my current host is that they seemed really quick with presales questions, but not that much after I signed up.
The issue is not technical ability, but lack of communication when s*#@ happens.

I guess I need recommendations based on experience, will put that in my original post.

Unfortunately I haven't had a massive amount of experience with other companies but from what I have had, Eleven2 are reasonably solid. Ones to avoid are 1&1, Strato and Fasthost.

In this industry the bigger a company gets, the less they seem to care about their customers.

Just to add (can't edit past 15 min).
This is a shared server and I am not causing the possible nullroute (they would've said so, and my sites are low profile).

I'd recommend SimpleXWebs based on my experience. They have only existed 3 years, but they are fantastic at what they do. I normally receive replies within minutes, or a few hours if they have a high influx of tickets, and depending on the type of ticket, there can go from a few minutes to a few hours with resolving it.

Also their lowest plan cost around $10/year more than your budget, but I'm sure you could either try to find a promotion, or strect your budget a little.
