I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. However, it's nothing personal against you or the country you live in, so please do not be upset. Sometimes orders get marked as fraud. This is clearly outlined here: https://www.hostleet.com/clients/kno...yarticle&id=69
Our fraud screening system MaxMind works automatically and will also block "HIGH RISK" countries. These countries are marked "high risk" due to the percentage of fraud orders that originate from said countries and are then reported to MaxMind's system by thousands of businesses.
Will you be using PayPal to pay? If you have a PayPal Verified account and the PayPal email used to pay with matches your contact email provided with your order, then I can manually set your order back to pending status so that you can make your payment. We will setup your account once further payment verification is received.
