just ordered a new disk and got the below error

I'v ordered an additional disk and I got the below error on smartctl test

    190 Airflow_Temperature_Cel 0x0022 070 045 045 Old_age Always In_the_past 30 (Lifetime Min/Max 23/30)

Should I replace this disk immediately?

got below response from my host:

"That is not a critical error. It is most often a misinterpreted propietary smart code"

    is it something worry about?

i experienced that error with the temperature airflow myself, and the drives were just fine for about a year, until i cancelled the server.
however if you want to be relaxed and feel safe, ask kindly your hoster to replace you new drives, so you don't get that error anymore. should i even mention backups?

    hmm, that sounds good then.

that particular error means the drive is overheating. Either the drive is actually overheating, and steps need to be taken to cool the drive, or nothing is wrong with the drive and the error is wrong. I wouldn't ignore the problem, I would ask them to make sure the drive is being properly cooled and is not overheating (it should be warm but not hot to the touch after running for a while). If the drive doesn't seem to be running hot then I wouldn't worry about it.

It's temperature alarm like above explained. Ask your host to check the server carefully and make sure the server is well cooled.
