i say horrible. i am assuming that i will have to take my business elsewhere because i find it unacceptable that it often takes them hours to answer a support ticket. i have not been waiting 5 hours for a response to fix an issue. the first response to a trouble ticket was the next day.
i find the fact that in this day and age that they do no offer live chat for their support.
i require help in a mysql database set up that needed to be completed yesterday. thought it would be easy enough. i like how they claim that they answer 99% of their tickets in 30 mins. i would like to see hard proof of that.
sigh, looks like i will be spending my afternoon looking for new service.
i would not recommend them to anyone!
