Webhosting company for sale

Due to personal reasons I am unable to continue growing my small website hosting company. This has a lot of potential and the groundwork has been setup to build a successful company upon

For further information you will need to sign and fax a NDA which you can download via the below link and upon signing it you will need to email/fax/pm it back to me
http://flehx.com/Hostingcompany_NDA_agreement.pdf

Fax to: 1-866-627-7271
Email to: sales@flehx.com
Or PM me on WHT with the signed NDA

Please note I am NOT selling Flehx.com I am selling one of its other web properties. To protect its clients and assets I am requiring anyone interested in the purchase of this company to sign a NDA .

Customer website design and logo
Multiple domain names and related domain names containing the brand name
(.net, .com, .co.uk, etc)
Owned license of phplivesupport.com
Maxmind.com subscription service (paid) 1,153 remaining in account
RingCentral branded 855-***-**** phone number paid until 07/18/2012
two 60 second audio commercials professional produced
one 30 second audio commercial professional produced
multiple banner ads (multiple sizes)
Custimized Cpanel theme with multiple plugins (googleapps and SEO)
Custom Logo design with all related psd, ai file formats
Custom backend customer facing support and billing panel as well as custom order form
Namecheap Account with a credit of $9.16 in the account
I also have a NetEarthOne reseller acct just never used it
Comodo Reseller account with a balance of $200 I paid I just never faxed over the
legel paper work showing company is registered entity

*I understand the website design as a few css glitches in it which can be easily fixed by a web developer good with css. Also the backend system order processing is currently done manually since I always liked manually reviewing orders also dedicated servers and vps accounts needed to be manually processed anyway. However for a good php developer you can very easily setup automated shared hosting account creation since the cpanel api is all setup and you can already do some basic cpanel functions within the backend system such as suspend and unsuspend an account.

Financial break down
Yearly income $4,494.40 USD all paid via Paypal.com
$4116 of the above is recieved via paypal automated subscriptions

Curretnly past due invoices and may not re-new two customers one paying $60 yearly
and one paying monthly $5 so total past due invoices is $65 which is counted as part of the yearly income.

Yearly expenses $3628.94 (not counting domain name renewals)
The above is fore renewal of all client and company servers and the ringcentral acct

I resell through Burst.net and also have a shared hosting reseller acct with Site5.com
I currently use 3 VPS servers which can be condensed to save money and I also use the reseller acct at site5 which can also be moved to a vps to save money.

Active Services: 33 (includes 3 domain registrations the rest are hosting services)
Total Active Customers: 29

My BIN is $1300 via PayPal.com
This is not an auction
You must be 18yrs of age or older to purchase this company
Clients have not be notified and I am retaining the right to decide not to sell the company if I do not feel a suitable owner is able to buy this web property.

Any questions please post here so I will not have to repeat the answers to your questions.

Thank you all

How do you have a "buy it now" (an auction term) if it's not an auction ? You have a "i would like to sell for ..." price

Can you please clarify - exactly how many VPS, Reseller Accounts, Hosting Accounts and Servers are sold (i.e. just for clients)

Hello

Sorry I should of worded it that I would like to sell for $1300 USD via Paypal

I am un decided if I will have new owner take over the Paypal account since its also used by my other company (Flehx Corp) for web development payment processing but if its a deal breaker I am fine with having new owner take over paypal acct since the main company will be desolving anyway

I have 2 clients who have a VPS one pays via paypal subscription and one that is a manual bill
I have 1 dedicated server customer which pays via automated paypal subscription

So new owner would get
3 dedicated servers which are resold to one customer who uses them
5 VPS's 3 of which are used by the hosting company to house shared hosting accts
1 Site5.com reseller acct which I pay monthly for and includes a SSL cert

Obviously to a different pp account if you're including that in the sale

I'll send over the NDA in the morning, as I'm out of the office today.

As they're (almost) all on subscriptions, it's likely to be a major cause of client confusion and attrition if they're going to have to setup new subscriptions, so including the PP account is likely to be required

> Annual $4,494.40
> past due invoices $60 yearly, $5/month = 60 annual
> expenses $3628.94
> (not counting domain name renewals) ~$100 (3 client, X company)
>Total Active Customers: 29

so projected gross profit appx $650

Based on the above, and subject to verification (and the inclusion of the PP account) I'd be prepared to offer $900 for the business

Hello

yes after expenses $650 sounds about right give or take a few bucks.

I understand how you are getting to the $900 you are offering however I feel their are other assets the company owns which makes it worth more then $900

Such as the 3 audio commercial files, the live chat owned software, etc
This company as you see is cash flow positive I understand not by much but fact is that with some TLC it could grow quickly

Also to answer someone elses PM
Yes the sale also comes with a twitter account and Facebook account Facebook has about 78 fans and twitter has 110 followers

Also I guess it does make sense for the paypal account to come with the sale although the owner will want to change the paypal account eventually since it does not use a company name email address.

The company is not my Flehx.com company that I am selling
I am selling one of the other companys I run for website hosting.

However I will not post publicly the company name or URL you will need to be a serious buyer and sign a NDA in order for me to share with you the company name and or other company information

Oh okay, flehxhosting.com isn't the company for sale then? Any reason for having two hosting companies?

well you might notice flehxhosting.com redirect's somewhere else the domain flehxhosting.com I stopped using because it was too hard for people to spell and people kept going to flexhosting.com so I decided to get a different company name that would be easyer for people to spell and remember. so FlehxHosting.com is not alive any more and I transfered all clients to the new company name which I have been using for about a year now.

So no I only have one company and the other is a domain I just have redirect to a company name that people can spell and remember easyer :-)

I was just on this site a minute ago, and it was not redirecting to that site. Which means you just now changed it.

But okay.. *shrugs*

Thank you all I have received a few good offers and to make my life easier instead of accepting more offers I am going to just review the current offers I have on the table.
