Yeah they are a genuine company and there are mixed reviews. What location were you looking for US/Europe?

Yes, they're real. Had a server there myself before. Prices are great. But parts aren't really great. The disk is green drive for example.
And when they say "for professionals", they really mean that. People who don't know how to manage the servers properly will have a terrible time. People who don't read their ToS will have a terrible time. Frankly, I think every bad review about s4y here is because they couldn't get good support or because they didn't read their services properly.I have no sig to spam.

I'd agree with Grumps. Also, dont use over 5-8TB of traffic. They will freak out if you do and threaten to cut you off to 10mbps or pay more money.
If you want to cancel the server, you also have to go through a long process of faxing papers and signing documents.
Not a bad server, just dont plan on using a ton of traffic or cancelling.

Hi, rogerfull, I would go with a reseller for server4you. If you really want a good server. No long paper works no questions ask if you want to leave.
You also get that level of support from a reseller than what they can give you.

What is your server requirement? Have you looked at the offer section?

From my experience you do not have to do any paperwork to cancel. I just canceled a server a few days ago with nothing more than a support ticket. This is from server4you.com and I am in the U.S. so they may have different policies for other countries.
