PhpFox vs. SocialEngine on the same Server Specification

Greetings. I own a script each of SE and PhpFox.

I had used SE on shared hosting previously but only with
Minimal users online, mostly spammers with far eastern texts. I am currently trialling PhpFox on same shared hosting but with just me online this time. Both don't seem to bad with page load time but given the above situation, it is understandable.

This time around, I plan to focus completely on the project I will do aggressive advertisement for the first month ad see what happens. For this reason, I intend to avail of a mediocre dedicated server plan.

I want to ask those who
own and use both scripts as to which you find more demanding on server resources. Or which one seems to load faster given the same situation/demand.

I would highly appreciate all your inputs. Many Thanks.

Are you looking for a server as well, or would you just like an opinion on which script people think would run better?

I actually posted a separate thread about the server specification as well as a review on one particular provider that offers dedicated server hosting.

What I want to find on this post are experiences of others using the script on a dedicated server environment.

    Hope it makes sense.
