    hetzner review , hetzner company or hetzner swindler

    hi

    I paid hetzner company 274 euro about 67 days ago

    for dedicated sever

    but this thief company until now dont give me my dedicated server

    i am sending about 250 emails to this company aboout my problem

    and i called more than 6 once and about 2 hours about my problems

    without any good answer and any good reason

    they tell me you should pay money about 69 days ago


    but i am pay money about 67 days ago


    and now they tell me we cannot get any ded services for you


    when i asked for him about what ?

    they are not any good reason

    but now i think these are thief and swindler company in the world without any good services

    after about 250 emails to this thief company and say this sentences
    Early or late
    I've thrown money
    And you can then deposit my money
    give Service
    You have not for the service
    Set time
    While it did not

    i dont have any dedicated services and i have been lost my 274 euro

    oh my god

    Sounds to me like your payment failed. Instead of complaining to/about hetzner you should have talked to your card company or your bank...

    the better way is you tracking the payment and talk to them
    prove you pay to them and give your server

    I have 3 servers at Hetzner and have a very positive experience with them.

    Please check your credit card company and see your statement.

    Either you've ordered a custom hardware setup and they're out of stock or as others have said, there's been an error with the payment somewhere. Either way, sending _250_ e-mails in little over 2 months probably wasn't the wisest move.. :p

    Hetzner, being a German language company with "Decent" English, and you being non-english, I would definitely allow for some interpretation errors.
    Try using google translate to translate your native language to german.
    Also, I have many times run into credit card companies and banks halting a payment without my knowledge ESPECIALLY with foreign transactions. Before you start throwing stones, figure out who you need to throw stones at.

    I'm 4+ years with hetzner, they are a honest company. They wouldn't take your money without delivering anything. I'm sure something went wrong with the payment. Maybe you should call them to clear things up?

    i dont have any problem in visa card or payment access


    my payment and pay moeny is true and they send me about 67 days ago

    i dont have any problem about pay money or visa card or etc

    i had more that 250 email in 67 days ago about get my dedicated

    server and more that 6 once call with this company without any

    good answer

    yes ! this is strange for all of reader !!! but this is ture

    until now and after pay moeny i dont have any ip and server and any dedicated server


    i am very very sad about his behavior with me


    exactly they are steal and i am working with more that 10 company in the world

    and And neither Did not behave like this

    Do you have ticket numbers? Did you check with your bank/card that the payment went through?

    Hetzner are not thieves.

    These invoices are all for the old server.
    All old invoices are paid, but the old server can't be reactivated.

    But you can order a new server, but for this new server you will receive new
    invoices and this invoices must been paid completely.

    That is Martin, the CEO. He won't be in office right now because it is currently 20 to 11 in Germany.. how do you expect him to check your situation from home? It's nice of him to look into your case personally, you should be patient.

    If you have waited 100 days, what does 12 hours more hurt to get it resolved?

    It might have been a mistake on Hetzner side also but it doesn't seem to have sorted it out.

    But you can order a new server, but for this new server you will receive new invoices and this invoices must been paid completely.
    Only guessing (especially at the exact numbers of days involved) but I reckon he got suspended 102 days ago for non-payment, he changed his mind 67 days ago, paid and asked for the server to reactivated. Neither Hetzner or most any other providers would keep a server suspended for 35 days without recycling it. He's kicking up a fuss to get the old (recycled) server reactivated and Hetzner are saying it's gone but he can order another now he's paid his old bills.

    Well, that's what my old faithfull Startrek International Translator module is telling me

    Rly, you waited 102 or 67 days (whatever), now waiting one more day for a solution shouldn't be that hard

    after that

    this company send me " payment successfull " about 102 days ago

    ( not 67 days ago , this time mistake from me when i wanna type this subject)
