my nightmare has no end for 15days and continue
1)I opened a ticket (#5302773) at 2012-02-15 09:00:26 in IWEB telling that: "i am taking some server down warnings from my monitoring system (4-5 per day)...the server goes out for 1-2 minutes and comes again back. it is a network issue...and we must find it. also i send them a tracert test results to help them find the issue.
AFTER 13 DAYS (at 28th) THEY CHANGE CPU, NETWORK CARD, AND MOTHERBOARD, and the network issues gone. but in the same time AT 29TH february (yesterday) started an unexcpeted big server load in the server. i asked a techinician of IWEB to search, and as he said (ME I AM NOT SURE IF THESE IS THE PROBLEM) that also the hard disc had problem. his exactly reply was:
"
Greetings, I observe your hard drive is hyper stimulated. I suspect malware to be in cause, I have bulk read statistics in the thousands per second. I need to run an anti malware tool. The process seems to be very low ressource consuming but *very* hard drive intensive. I will try to identify the process and remove it to avoid you a reinstall. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."
and after a while a NEW REPLY
"Greetings, I confirm your drive is defective. If you want to avoid downtime, you can order a new server with the same specs and ask for a migration to it while it runs. One way or the other it is going to be complicated as we need to move all the data from one drive to the other. And your drive takes way too long to load files since it is defective. I reassign your request to our system administrators. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."
I MADE A LAST TRY TO FIND THE PROBLEM, AND I TOLD THEM TO NOT CHANGE YET THE DISC BECAUSE AS ISAW the server works for 15 minutes WITHOUT SERVER LOAD
and the other 15 minutes with server loads beetween 15.00 - 30.00. after that i opened a ticket telling that the problem was still there.
i don't want to buy a new server, i want to haVE these server with the specifics ips to work again correctly. at these time, i didn't took
a clear answer what we will do. an answer which will say that we will change the hard disc and transfer all the site at for example 5:00 p.m and etc.
i must lost all my customers to solve the problem?i can't understand. IT IS 15 DAYS SIRS, not one or two days.
p.s1. sorry for my english!!
p.s.2 i hope that changing the hard disc the problem will gone. i can't imagine my situaTIOn if it is not!

It looks like iWeb are handling this VERY well for you. You should take their advice and start moving your data to the new server they suggest before your drive fails completely.
Good luck.
