Question OVH SIP & Cisco SPA504G phone

I am trying to setup my Cisco SPA504G phone for OVH service, for some reason I have managed to connect to other providers without any issues, but with OVH system for some reason I can't hear anyone and the callers can't hear me, phone is dialling out and receiving calls only.

    My settings are:
    Proxy: sip.ovh.co.uk
    Outbound Proxy: sip.ovh.co.uk
    Use Outbound Proxy: Yes
    Register: Yes
    Display Name: xxxxxxxxxxxx
    Password: *********
    User ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx
    Auth ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx
    Use Auth ID: Yes
    SIP Port: 5060
    Preferred Codec: G711a <-- Tried G711u, G722, G729a
    Second Preferred Codec: G711u
    Third Preferred Codec: G722
-->Use Remote Pref Codec: Yes<-- tried
    DTMF Tx Method: Auto
    Dial Plan: (*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
    Enable IP Dialing: No

Does anyone know how to setup the Cisco SPA504G phone on OVH services???

You should really be over at the OVH forums or contact their support for a faster response.

they told me: they don't know.... I actually found the issue - the firewall on my router blocked the ports only for one device... the PC using exactly the same ports - without any issues.

Haha, I had the same problem that took me ages to figure out with a Polycom.
