Hello Guys,
A few days ago i offered a dedicated server from Qirus.
Now i asked them yesterday noon if they could do a reinstall with windows webserver 2008 r2 (x64).
Since that time they don't respond anymore to any emails or msn messages.
Just be warned in case you want to go with them.
This is the second host i had the same thing with don't know who to trust anymore.

Yesterday noon ? What time is not now ?
As per what I heard from the guys who own the server from them in my team, Qirus replies within 24 hours max, though they reply within a few minutes at current timeperiod according to my Timezone
You should wait, did you mail them ?
Try to contact them using the support option in your management panel
PS: Usually a host asks 24-48 hours to let them reply so wait a few more hours  Everyone has got a life and circumstances

A 24 hour turn around is standard. If they do have phone support or live chat you should just contact them and confirm that they got the request.

Hello,
Well i mailed them at their email adress.
Asked trough live support.
also sended trough the customer panel.
I know about that but i feel now i'm used.

Right i know.
But they don't have phone support.
They do have msn support but they have the status away now for 24+ hours.

Well here are a few facts about them :-
My hardware is having problems as my HDD isnt giving me enough I/O as it should, mailed them around same time, got new HDD replaced in a few minutes
Needed 1 TB HDD, they added it in evening without taking payment
My HW Issue wasn't solved yet, they offered me a server with HW Raid10 and 4x2TB HDD setup to test the I/O for a week without any money for free, even offered me to keep it if its what we need and reset all the traffic used in 1TB Data transfer we would do
So, for my own exp. just wait and keep patience  Last response I also got from them was 14+ hours ago when they said they will try to change HDD again with some other company and were contacting Dell

Try contacting them and sorting it out with them. I'm sure they can find a solution for you

You may want to send me a another request and ask if they have received your original request for re-imaging. If they are doing manual provisioning of their server there is a good chance that you may have to wait for that and it may take longer for the OS to be re-imaged unless they have an expedite service which can handle that request

Hello,
Well the thing is.
I asked them several times on msn and they simple don't respond.
First the live support was online almost the whole day.
Now since a day or two it's offline or the status is away.

Please click report thread and send in the domain you have with them for verification. Also how long have you been with them.

Did you try escalating the issue via email or ticket system? I would stay away from MSN or other chat services when it comes down to re-imaging a server

Yes i did.
I sended them even a email to ask if they received my previous emails.
They simple do not respond.

Now i'm with them a week.
But i don't think it's really a normal procedure they do not respond within 24 hours if they say you 3 hours max 4.
Also they say my data usage is 76GB so far.
Basicly that can't.
Because i uploaded 10GB and no people were in my gameservers yet.
Also i can't reach my server anymore.

Try contacting them from a different email address. If you have a backup of your data you should move on and find different provider. If you don't than you will have to try to be more creative and maybe try to contact the chamber of commerce to which they appear to be members of
