Any reviews on Cirtexhosting ?
Could you please let me know your reviews on Cirtex hosting... are they good and fairly reasonable... Also whats your opinion on their support....Planning to go for a VPS....with cPanel/WHM...

Cirtex Hosting
Cirtex Hosting a worst choice for me !! 
Former head of the company was very good
The new cirtex manager closed my reseller account without notice or reason!
And deleted our Backup files !
Damn it!

You didn't have local backups? You should always keep local backups in case of sever crashes or the current situation.

You are right, Unfortunately, we do not backup
They do not respond and don't give our backups !

They were asking for authentication credentials
We have sent all the documents to them
But regardless of our account closed!

Aah, that's too unfortunate.... Did you try contacting their senior management or the billing/Accounts Manager...
I am sure, they would be able to help you... Try providing the details of the previous invoices that you have paid, Credit Card details used for the payment etc., for account authentication...
Also somewhere they should have a back up.. My site was hosted on Cirtex previously and I remember that they had backup's on R1soft..

when ever i look at reviews posted outside of WHT ones like this tend to take priority real people with accounts of customer service, Its a shame when there not so nice after all the customers are why were all here on WHT
