Paypal Proxy Errors

Hello,

Over the last few weeks I have noticed that Paypal is having some serious issues with Proxy Errors.

The same is happening tonight when I click the "profile" tab within my account.

Has anyone else noticed this?

1.Logout paypal.
2.Please delete your browser's cache.
3.Login paypal.

You might be able to resolve.
