Is your SPLA Reseller charge you TAX + VAT?

I don't have Service TAX or VAT number, Is I am eligible for paying TAX + VAT to my reseller?

Where is your SPLA provider and where are you based ?

If you are not in the EU generally you should be VAT exempt. (ie shouldnt pay it)

Aside from the broken english I'm not sure what your asking. Regarding SPLA and taxes yes you must pay taxes on your SPLA licenses. This is normal for US based companies. I can't speak for EU (i.e. VAT) but I assume a tax applies to them as well.

As Ryan pointed out, you need to pay taxes on SPLA licenses if you are based here in the US. If you are getting your SPLA in some other country, tax rules of your local state/country will apply.

i would have thought that yes you do need to pay VAT on them, however in the UK you can probably claim it back.
