There are some good SEO plugins for Wordpress. For content, it depends on what exactly is the site about. I know there is a premium plugin that finds content and updates the Wordpress site for you.

i seem you are looking website content for your blog. the best idea to get free content for any blog or website is to allow guest posting to other ppl. so they can distribute their content on your website. in reward you can allow them backlinks to their biz websites or anyother benifits. this idea is grooming a lot.
