What's your budget on this project? Most people won't field tickets from your clients but if you get the right support package you could pretty much just pass on the ticket to your host using something like whmcs and then pass on the answered ticket to your client without them ever knowing your host was ever involved.

I'm pretty sure EZPZHosting do. They offer End-User-Support with WHMPHP built in their servers.

It might take more time but if you're paying for full management with a host and you have these kinds of issues that you know you can't handle... It's good to have a power team in your corner, you build your knowledge base and you learn all at the same time.

I would suggest you to not to look for "cheap" hosting especially when you're looking for reseller plans. "Support" is the most important factors for resellers. I would suggest look up a few reputed companies like Eleven2 and JaguarPC etc.

Don't go with turnkeyinternet. They are overselling everything, also many hackers deface customer's site so easy. End-user is just one of choices for reseller.
