Liquidweb Guardian (R1soft CDP backup)
I have been with Liquidweb for years and I am a big fan - support has always been good. But I'm struggling to get to grips with their R1Soft (Guardian) offering. I liked the idea and signed up including the MySql plug-in.
I assumed that I would be able to see and restore the MySQL databases for any account at a table level. However it appears (or at least I have been told) that I cannot see the R1Soft database backups - and would have to get LW support to restore them if required.
I can see the backups for all other files (non-db files) via the CPanel plug-in.
It may just be my misunderstanding. Can I ask anyone who is using Guardian with the MySQL plug-in at LW:
i) can you see all backups (non-db files) from a single log-in or only individual accounts via CPanel?
ii) can you access MySQL backups? I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to be able to access them at account (Cpanel) level - but isn't there a web based interface for all MySQL backups?
Thanks in advance for any answers.
