CPU Intel Atom 230 at 1,6 GHz
CPU cache 512kB
Intel Hyperthreading Technologie
2GB highspeed memory

I'm just concerned about latency(app is very sensitive) as i did have problems with their DE VPS.

Can someone recommend a vendor that can offer the same, price and hardware wise? Western EU preferred.

In the meantime i emailed Edis to find out on their cancellation policy so I can at least test the latency on their dedicated servers before commiting.

I already have VPS at much lower prices, I was now looking to get a edicated server.

at that price i dont think you can get it ... but why you dont try a vps with KVM ? will work as a dedicated server

openvz is semi-virtualization and the resources are shared between the clients

That budget is pretty low for even a very basic dedicated server. Especially if you are going to utilize a control panel that requires a license fee. Most providers will have a basic server plan, but you may need to increase your budget a little to improve your options.

Your budget is very low for a dedicated server. I assume you can better buy a high-availability VPS to provide your needs.

As the other said, I suggest you to consider to get a Xen VDS instead of dedicated. That would be more efficient.
