How long does BQBackup generally take to setup accounts?
My former provider has gone missing, and its been five hours since my paypal subscription. I really, really need to get these backups done.

Hi Gary,
As mentioned on the order confirmation page, we usually have it ready within 6 business hours. We're still on schedule, and should have it ready shortly.
If I knew you were in a hurry, I would have been glad to expedite it. Feel free to contact me directly at scott@bqinternet.com in the future, or you can email support@bqinternet.com.

All set! Let me know if you have any questions about the welcome letter.
For other future customers reading this, if you make an order that you need to have ready extra quickly, please follow up immediately with sales@bqinternet.com so that we're aware of it.

Scott,
I've sent you a few emails and you haven't replied to any of them. I also sent you a PM on WHT the other day and you haven't replied to that either?
I remember last year when you used to reply within minutes/hours... not days...
Regards,
Chris

Well all the data is still there. I guess there's an issue with the control panel...
Scott, please email me at chris (at) hostxnow.com
You must not be receiving emails from me for some reasons. I have no trouble sending email to anyone else. Maybe you have strong spam filter set up or something.

I see that there's one email from last week that I missed. Since I had an older (replied to) message from you in the inbox, I didn't notice the new email. I apologize for the oversight.

I read WHT PMs maybe once or twice a week. It's definitely not an official contact method.

We had to temporarily disable usage reporting to fix a quota bug in the operating system. It should be enabled again shortly.
I'll reply to the missed email now. Feel free to follow up at scott@bqinternet.com if you still have questions.
